LINUX ADMIN7

Terms of Service

1. General provisions

This document sets out the general rules for organising and providing the specialist services centred on open-source technologies (Debian, RHEL, Ubuntu, containerisation) delivered in a DevOps / SysAdmin capacity.

2. Informational nature of the site and exclusion of e-commerce

The website serves as a representative showcase of the offered competencies in the security and performance of Linux environments. No classic online retail sales take place here; there are no automated payments (shopping cart) and no fees are collected on the associated domain. All arrangements are made through individual B2B correspondence, following a separate agreement on server load scale and an audit.

3. Strict login rules (SSH keys)

To guarantee the required level of security over the public Internet, the following communication protocols are implemented:

  • The administrator's remote access is conditional on systems being provisioned exclusively with an SSH public key.
  • Operational support that relies on transmitting or authenticating servers in plain text using base passwords is firmly not provided (no root passwords, in favour of NoPass methods).
  • All administrative ports are protected using port-knocking, VPN or firewall-layer hardening against brute-force attacks following an initial diagnosis.

4. Obligations and SLA responsibility

I undertake to give overriding priority to enforcing the agreed Service Level Agreement, guaranteeing a defined response time for emergency requests. All information obtained during monitoring and access is categorically protected by NDA confidentiality standards. Technical responsibility is always based on a clearly formulated, dedicated civil-law contract between the parties.

5. Final provisions

The terms of ongoing care, ad-hoc support and alert-notification procedures are agreed on a case-by-case basis at the consultation stage. The content of these terms concerns purely the presented range of competencies — the decisive and overriding commitment remains the content of the final B2B contract and the conditions for guaranteeing the continuity of IT systems.
